01Who we are

AMVAIN Company (Commercial Registration 7053703380; VAT 314641588100003), trading as Human Republic, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for personal data collected through this website. Human Republic operates as a brand powered by Creact Co. Privacy questions and requests: info@humanrepublic.sa.

02What we collect

Details you give us: your name, email or phone number, city, the service you are interested in and the message you write, through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, email or phone.

Technical data: our server may briefly record your IP address and the time of a form submission to prevent spam and abuse. We do not ask for ID numbers, bank details or passwords through this website.

03Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a relevant scope and proposal; to keep the website and form secure; and to meet legal or regulatory obligations. Our legal bases are your consent (for example when you tick the box on the enquiry form), our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and, once you become a client, performing our agreement with you.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your separate consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time. We do not sell personal data.

04Candidate and employee data

Some workforce services involve personal data about candidates and your employees, such as CVs, identity and residency documents, contracts, attendance and payroll inputs. We handle it only to deliver the agreed service and on your documented instructions, and the data-handling terms are set out in the proposal. We ask clients to share only what the service needs, and to confirm that they are entitled to share it.

05Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and has no third-party trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own site. If we add analytics later, we will update this page first. Links to WhatsApp or email open those services, which have their own privacy policies.

06Who sees it

Only the Human Republic team, plus a named licensed specialist where your engagement needs one (for example legal, accounting, tax, real estate or employment work) and only for that engagement. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.

07Transfers outside Saudi Arabia

Some of our service providers, such as website hosting and email, may store or process data outside the Kingdom. Where personal data leaves Saudi Arabia, we do so only as the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations allow.

08How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or deliver an agreed engagement, or as applicable Saudi record-keeping rules require. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

09Security and incidents

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including restricted access and spam protection on the form. No online transmission is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents through the enquiry form; we will agree a secure channel with you when they are needed. If a personal data incident is likely to harm you, we will tell you and the competent authority as the law requires.

10Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations you may ask to be informed about how your data is used, to access it, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw your consent. Write to info@humanrepublic.sa, and we will respond within a reasonable period and may ask you to confirm your identity first. You may also contact the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

11Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and we will not reduce your rights without clear notice.
